In this practical online session, you’ll explore the emerging frontier of "Vibe Coding" - the powerful ability to use natural, everyday language to describe how an application should look and behave, while letting AI translate those intentions into functional tools. Through hands-on examples and real-time building, we’ll look at how educators can act as "Directors" to rapidly prototype, build, and test custom applications that address specific classroom needs or professional workflows.
This session is designed to build confidence and remove technical barriers for educators who may not have a traditional computer science background. You’ll learn how to "sketch" with technology, mastering an iterative workflow of describing, generating, and troubleshooting an application through natural dialogue, leaving you with the conceptual blueprint to bring your own ideas to life.
We’ll also explore how this process naturally reinforces core computational thinking—such as organizing ideas into inputs, actions, and outputs—and how adopting this "Director mindset" can help you prepare students to become creative, critical authors of technology rather than just consumers.
No prior coding experience or technical expertise is required. All you need is a laptop or desktop computer, a stable internet connection, and a "Challenge Mindset" - a simple task, workflow, or classroom interaction you’ve often wished you had a specific digital tool for.

With a background in Mechanical Engineering, his journey into education spans teaching, ed-tech, digital transformation, and large-scale programme and product management.
He has worked across schools, nonprofits, and international education initiatives, contributing to the design of blended programmes, learning platforms, and system-level interventions that balance innovation with real-world implementation.
